• Traffiqco is not liable for TMP errors, omissions, RCA rejections, delays, safety incidents, or financial loss
• Traffiqco is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Traffiqco’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the preceding 12 months

• verifying accuracy
• ensuring compliance
• submitting TMPs
• responding to RCA queries
